Policies

A card on file is required to book an appointment.
The card will not be charged until after the service is complete or a policy is violated. Cash or Apple Pay is also a form of payment. 
Cancellation Policy
All clients must provide a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Anything after 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked with the card on file.  
Late Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. Anything later than 10 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled and a 100% charge of the service(s) booked with the card on file. 
No Show Policy
Any client who no shows an appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked with the card on file. 
If the card on file is declined, no services can be made until the fee is paid in full.
